Very motivational, I definitely would not have achieved the fitness level or weight loss (nearly 4 stone) without the sessions. In the past I have avoided running whenever possible, but feel my best achievement is now being able to run 3 miles without stopping! Focusing on fitness and food together has definitely had the desired results, a year on and I have managed to balance out fitness and keep the weight off - Mrs AH
At 47 I can now run 5 miles or more, having never run before in my life. Andy has shown me how to build up my fitness gradually and has encouraged me to change my lifestyle to a healthy one. I have never felt better and the 2 stone weight loss is the added bonus - Mrs B
Andy has helped me to realise how important a reasonable level of fitness is, as we age - I am now 56. I am very content with my regular visit every two weeks which has now entered its eighteenth month. Seeing Andy has been a breakthrough for me because I have at last found a way to retain my motivation which has previously faded and faltered. Now in my latter sixties and with some physical disability my supervised activity leaves me much fitter and committed not to lose my determination and enthusiasm. My blocks of eight sessions have become an essential part of my rather limited budget - but well worth their priority of place. When Andy suggested I could lose 10 KG in 12 months by re-balancing my diet and introducing moderate exercise into my daily routine I laughed - 12 months later and 10 KG lighter will find me still laughing but for the right reasons. I've trained with Andy for 18 months, my wife having brought me £100 worth of vouchers for my 49th Birthday (and because she knew my my Blood Pressure was starting to worry my Doctor!)... Before I started I struggled to run half a mile without stopping, last October I completed 10K in a little under an hour of non-stop running - Brilliant, made me feel fantastic and my Blood Pressure is now under control!
